All purchases made on Fridays after 12:00 p.m. will be processed on the first business day of the following week, starting at 8:00 a.m.

We deliver our orders according to the following estimated delivery times:

Domestic (Colombia)

Within Colombia, delivery takes 5 to 7 business days under normal conditions (delivery times may vary due to national road closures, blockades, or situations beyond our control).

International

International orders are delivered within 10 to 15 business days from the time the purchase is received, depending on the destination country.
Please note that your order may incur additional import taxes or duties upon arrival, based on the regulations of the destination country.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a tracking number via email. Sometimes, this information may be directed to your spam folder, so please check it if you don’t see the confirmation.

BERRYLINE is pleased to handle repairs for products that have been damaged due to manufacturing defects or faulty materials.

Please note that our warranty does not cover claims related to product wear and tear, such as:

• Scuffs or scratches on the leather caused by contact with rough surfaces
• Stains from substances such as dyes, perfumes, creams, and dirt
• Exposure to water, especially rain
• Exposure to high temperatures

Our warranty coverage for footwear is valid for two (2) months from the date of purchase as stated on the invoice.

Exchanges

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange within thirty (30) calendar daysfrom the invoice date, provided the items show no signs of use and include original tags.
If any signs of use are detected, BERRYLINE reserves the right to decline the exchange.

To request an exchange, the customer must complete the exchange request form and send the product via a secure shipping method to our facilities.
Shipping and return costs must be covered by the customer.

Returns

In accordance with Article 47 of Law 1480 of 2011, BERRYLINE offers customers the right to withdraw from non-face-to-face purchases within five (5) business days from the date the product is delivered.

Protect the product from dyes, perfumes, clothing, or corrosive substances that can stain or discolor the leather—especially alcohol and antibacterial agents. We recommend cleaning your BERRYLINE product with a leather conditioner to keep it hydrated and protected from dust and moisture. Store the product in its box to avoid stains or friction with other surfaces.
