S H I P P I N G POLICIES
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
Our goal is to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframes outlined below.
Domestic Shipping (Colombia):
Delivery within Colombia takes between 5–7 business days. We ship using Interrapidísimo or Envia.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a tracking number via email. If you don’t receive it, please check your spam folder.
Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carriers.
All purchases made after 12:00 p.m. on Friday will be processed on the next business day at 8:00 a.m.
WHEN WILL MY INTERNATIONAL ORDER BE DELIVERED?
International orders are shipped via COPA Airlines Cargo or FedEx, depending on the customer’s preference.
Upon delivery, additional charges such as taxes and duties may apply depending on the destination country and its current customs regulations.
International delivery takes approximately 10 to 15 business days from the time of purchase.
Once your order is placed, a tracking number will be sent to your email. If you don’t receive it, please check your spam folder.

EXCHANGE & RETURNS
Exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange within a maximum period of thirty (30) calendar days from the invoice date, provided that the items show no signs of use and retain their original tags. If any signs of use are detected, BERRYLINE reserves the right to decline the exchange.
To request an exchange, please send an email to berrylinehf@gmail.com and ship the product via a secure method to our facilities located at:
Carrera 51B No. 76-168, BERRYLINE Showroom, Barranquilla, Colombia.
The customer is responsible for the shipping and return costs. Alternatively, the customer may request an exchange at the store where the purchase was made or at the closest physical BERRYLINE location.
Please note:

Products purchased on promotion or discount are not eligible for exchange.

If the item shows signs of use, BERRYLINE will not accept the exchange and will either return it to the customer’s address or decline it at the physical store.

Exchanges are limited to one-time only per product.

Wrong Product Received
If the customer receives a product that differs from what was described on the website or in remote sales at the time of purchase, the following process must be followed to request a replacement:

Within 2 days of receiving the item, the customer must take clear photos of the incorrect product and email them to berrylinehf@gmail.com along with the order number and/or invoice.

Once it is confirmed that the wrong product was delivered, a return shipping label will be sent to the customer. BERRYLINE will arrange to pick up the incorrect item at the same delivery address. Once received, the correct product will be shipped.
WARRANTIES
At BERRYLINE, it is our pleasure to handle repairs for products that present defects in materials or workmanship, such as faulty zippers, stitching, materials, or internal reinforcements. Please note that slight marks and color variations are natural characteristics of leather and should not be considered imperfections. Like all genuine leather, our products require special care to ensure longevity.
Therefore, our warranty does NOT cover: natural wear and tear, deterioration due to misuse, incidental or accidental damage such as creases or wrinkles caused by the flexing of the upper, products previously handled by third parties, damage from improper cleaning or repairs, staining from chemical substances that discolor leather or hardware such as dye, perfume, alcohol, hand sanitizer, creams, sprays, removers, etc., or leather rubbing against jeans, carpets, surfaces, and similar materials. It also excludes exposure to strong heat sources or water, including seawater, pools, or rain.
The warranty coverage for our products is two (2) months from the date of the invoice. This warranty covers only defects in material or manufacturing.
HFP DISEÑOS S.A.S. is not responsible for product deterioration due to misuse or for any special, incidental, or indirect damages, regardless of their cause.
To request warranty service, the customer must return the product to a BERRYLINE store or contact us through our website, WhatsApp line, or by emailing berrylinehf@gmail.com, providing the necessary information so we can process the request as quickly as possible.
Within the warranty period, HFP DISEÑOS S.A.S. will, at its discretion, repair or replace defective parts within a reasonable time frame at no cost to the customer, using new or refurbished parts, in accordance with Law 1480 of 2011.
If, during the warranty period, HFP DISEÑOS S.A.S. determines that the product cannot be repaired, the customer will receive store credit equivalent to the purchase value, redeemable on our website or in our BERRYLINE showroom.
If a repaired product develops the same issue again, and depending on the nature of the item and the defect, the customer may choose between a second repair, a full refund, or an exchange for another product of equal value, subject to availability.
If the product is presented after the warranty period has expired, the repair will be at the customer’s expense.
Shipping costs for warranty claims apply only within the same country in which the purchase invoice was issued.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
As established by Article 47 of Law 1480 of 2011, BERRYLINE offers customers the right to withdraw from their remote (non-face-to-face) purchases within five (5) business days from the delivery date of the product.
To request a withdrawal, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging, including all tags and packing materials.

Once reviewed by BERRYLINE, the customer will receive an email with further instructions.
After the product is received, a quality control process will be conducted, which takes approximately 3 business days. Once the product’s condition is confirmed, the refund will be processed.
According to the law, the refund may take up to 30 calendar days and will be issued using the same payment methodused for the original purchase, unless special circumstances require a bank account in the customer’s name.
Please note: The return shipping costs must be covered by the customer, as established by law.
Refund Policy
A refund will only be issued under the following conditions:

When applying the Right of Withdrawal as per Article 47 of Law 1480 of 2011

If BERRYLINE is unable to deliver the product due to lack of inventory or force majeure

Note: Refunds will not be processed in cash at physical stores.
The refund will be completed within 30 business days from the date the refund request is accepted.
